Being an auction site; security, speed and flexibility to administer listings were all vital. The new site features a complex managment reporting suite and content management system. It's also integrated into juicy's email list tool 'Splatmail' allowing the Trade team to send branded email to their 60,000 strong subscriber base.
The email marketing strategy pre and post launch increased the active users by over 700% in the first 5 weeks.
