juicy – a leading south coast digital agency requires a Junior Account Manager to help manage some of its clients over the next few months. We need a highly motivated organised junior digital account manager for an immediate start. They must have experience in digital and have worked in an agency background. They must understand the importance of making the client feel at ease and always delivering what / when they say they will.

Previous experience managing digital projects / clients is a must. Must be very personable and not be afraid to pick up the phone to client. Other duties will include:

• Telephone answering
• Internal and client meetings
• Taking briefs
• Briefing the juicy team
• Time tracking
• Quoting work
• Chatting with clients to keep them happy
• Good attention to detail
• Integrity is vital

The correct candidate must be able to start more or less immediately to allow a 2 week overlap with a member of staff who is leaving for 3 months. The role could turn into a permanent role if you’ve got the skills.
